Ingredients
  • 3 cups codfish, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Korean hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1½ teaspoons Korean red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted, optional
Instructions
  1. Pour hot water over shredded codfish let soak for 10 to 15 minutes, Drain well.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
