Taegu Korean Style

Cuisine: Korean Style
- 3 cups codfish, shredded
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Korean hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame seed oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1½ teaspoons Korean red pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted, optional
- Pour hot water over shredded codfish let soak for 10 to 15 minutes, Drain well.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
