Shrimp Puffs
Cuisine: Japanese Local Style Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, thawed
  • 10 water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white wine
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
Instructions
  1. Clean and devein shrimp. Remove shell and finely chop.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Shape into small round balls.
  4. Deep fry until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
