Korean Style Meatballs

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Dash of salt
  • Chilli peppers, to taste
  • Cooking oil
  1. Mix all ingredients together except oil. Shape meatballs and allow for shrinkage.
  2. Fry in cooking oil, until brown and cooked through.
