Korean Style Meatballs
- 1 pound hamburger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Dash of salt
- Chilli peppers, to taste
- Cooking oil
- Mix all ingredients together except oil. Shape meatballs and allow for shrinkage.
- Fry in cooking oil, until brown and cooked through.
