  • 1 kamaboko (fishcake)
  • 3 stalks green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 5 water chestnuts, finely chopped (optional)
  • Ritz crackers
  1. Grate kamaboko.
  2. Mix kamaboko, onions, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and water chestnuts.
  3. Serve on Ritz crackers.
