Cuisine: Japanese Local Style
- 1 kamaboko (fishcake)
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 5 water chestnuts, finely chopped (optional)
- Ritz crackers
- Grate kamaboko.
- Mix kamaboko, onions, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and water chestnuts.
- Serve on Ritz crackers.
