Slow Cooker Kalua Pork
Cuisine: Hawaiian Local Style
Ingredients
  • 5 pounds boneless pork shoulder or pork butt
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons Alaea Hawaiian salt
Instructions
  1. Salt both sides of meat and place in slow cooker. Rub both sides with liquid smoke.
  2. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until pork is tender.
Notes
Try making diamond cuts like you would a ham. Then rub salt and liquid smoke into cuts. Shown on oven roasted video.
