Glazed Roast Pork

- 5 pounds pork loin roast
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup apricot jam
- Place meat fat side up in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees until meat thermometer reaches 150 degrees, roughly about 11/2 to 2 hours.
- Combine jam, juice and ginger and brush onto meat. Continue cooking until for about 15 minutes.
