Fruit Cocktail Salad
Cuisine: Local Style Recipe
- 1 medium container cottage cheese, small curd
- 2½ cans fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 container (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1 package lemon jello
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Mix together cottage cheese and fruit cocktail. Gently fold in cool whip.
- Add dry lemon jello and mix together, try not to over mix cool whip. Chill.
- Spoon into individual dessert dishes and top with shredded coconut.
